How to Remove an Engine Control Module on Dodge Avenger?

Before taking out the Engine Control Module, unplug the air inlet duct. After that, unplug the negative battery cable and take off the vacuum hose. After that, remove the air filter housing from the vehicle. Once that is done, disconnect the electrical connectors from both ECMs. At last, take out the bolts that secure the ECM bracket and remove the ECM.
