The cables should be checked from time to time for the premier result to be achieved. Dodge Avenger Battery Cable are made of a power cable with a positive terminal for transmitting current and an earth cable with a negative terminal. Where issues occur, premium replacement battery cables can always be used to bring functionality back. There is also need to check the cables for physical damage and, conduct voltage drop tests so as to ensure that there is good connection. Many of these options are developed to fulfill strict standards to deliver the same quality and reliability as the original part.

    A:
Install the battery harness in the vehicle by putting it in place and attaching it with pushpins, fasteners and routing clips until it is back in its proper spot. Take the TIPM out of its place, flip it over and attach its stud to the battery harness cable. Attach the retaining nut and tighten it by 10 NM. Match the glow plug module connector, the cabin heater relay connectors and the in-line connector to the instrument panel harness on diesel engine vehicles. Firmly push the left strut positive wiring terminal down onto the strut tower until you hear a click. Disconnect the cover from the remote positive terminal, put the positive cable from the starter harness onto the remote battery positive post, place the nut there and tighten the nut to 16.5 Nm. Put the negative battery harness cable remote terminal on the remote battery post and tighten its nut to 16.5 Nm. In order to service the starter harness, cover your hands with rubber gloves, use safety glasses and take off any metallic jewelry. Remove the remote terminal of the negative battery cable from its post in the remote battery. Take off and separate the battery harness negative cable from the rest of the system. Install the starter harness in the car, connect it with the retaining pushpins, fasteners and routing clips. Run the starter harness negative cable to the remote battery negative post and secure it with a tightened retaining nut of 16.5 Nm. Take off the cover over the remote battery's positive pole, insert the positive cable on the starter harness onto it, put on the nut and tighten it to 16.5 Nm. Lift the vehicle using a hoist, link the starter positive cable to the positive battery post and fasten the nut to 13 Nm.
