Line up the oil cooler with the fitting on the
Oil Pan so you can remove every drop of oil and debris from the seal line before tightening, making sure the oval opening in the retainer flange is directly above the tab. Bolt the oil cooler in place with the attaching fastener and seal it to the recommended torque of 61 Nm. After that, place the new
Oil Filter and fasten it by turning until it reaches 12 Nm or 106 in. lbs. Secure the coolant hoses to the oil cooler and ensure the whole system is filled with coolant.
