If it's cooler than 21°C (70°F), put the emblem under a heat lamp or heat gun, but don't let the temperature rise above 52°C (120°F). After that, place a plastic trim stick or hard wood wedge behind the emblem to remove the adhesive from the body. At the end, scrub any adhesive off the body with Mopar® Super Kleen solvent or a similar cleaner.
