Make certain that the sun visor's face is labeled with a color-coded, 5-bullet point air-bag warning label before stripping or replacing it, if both driver and passenger
Air Bags are installed in the vehicle. Take out the screws that join the Sun visor arm support bracket to the headliner and roof panel first. If such parts are available, unhook the vanity lamps and then remove the Sun visor from its baracks before taking it off the headliner and roof panel. When needed, take hold of both visor support base areas and carefully pull both sides away from one another to remove the cover, then lift up or nudge the base upward to separate the visor support from the roof panel. After removing the roof panel if necessary, put the visor support in the center, press the visor support cover in and affix the visor support to the panel. After that, fit the Sun visor in its supports and make sure the arm support bracket holes line up with holes in the headliner. Add the vanity lamp connector if you have one and fasten the Sun visor arm support bracket to the headliner.
