How to Safely Remove and Install the Grille Without Damaging the Upper Radiator Shroud on Dodge Durango?

Before removing the grille, unlock the push pin fasteners and the upper shroud over the radiator. After that, unscrew the top bolts (1) and take off the four side clips. Take out the push pins (3) that are underneath to separate the grille from the headlamp. Avoid applying a hammer or mallet to the upper radiator shroud push pins when installing to keep the grille from being damaged. Start with the grille (2) so that the side clips are pushed fully into the frame. Beneath, insert the push pin fasteners (3) as well. Afterwards, set the upper bolts (1) and twist them by hand until they feel tight with 13 N.m (10 ft.lbs.) of torque. Afterwards, put the upper radiator shroud back into place and attach it to the car with the push pin fasteners.

How to Safely Detach the Grille on Dodge Durango?

Disconnect the fascia in front, remove all the push pin fasteners and then pull off the upper radiator shroud. Following this, undo the upper screws and the ones securing the grille and the grille will become loose.
