Where is the Starter Relay located and How to remove and inspect it on Dodge Grand Caravan?

The engine compartment PDC; Power Distribution Center; near the left inner fender holds the fuel pump; the actual position of this relay is found on the power distribution center cover label. Take off the cover of the power distribution center to remove the relay then remove the relay from the power distribution center. Examine the relay terminals and the power distribution center connector terminals for any damage or corrosion, repair as necessary, and then reinstall the relay. In addition, the pin height for all terminals at the power distribution centre connector must be same. The relay must be installed after repair, if any.
