Begin by lifting the hood and unplugging the negative battery cable remote terminal from the post on the remote battery. After that, take the driver's front door apart to remove the end cap at the left end, then get two screws out from the cover underneath it. Raise the lower instrument panel, tug it backward to release the plastic clips, detach the wiring from the switch for the decklid release, unlatch the cable to the hood release and take the panel away from the car. Leave the Junction Block/BCM steady, as you need to take out the left knee blocker and under column ducts and then remove the four mounting screws next. Remove the wire harness connectors from the Junction Block/BCM and after that, take out the Junction Block/BCM. Following this, remove the BCM wire and RKE antenna connectors before you pull out the Junction Block/BCM from the vehicle. While you're installing it, reconnect the Junction Block/BCM to its location in the car and attach the BCM wires and RKE antenna cable as well. Attach the Junction Block/BCM to its place, link up the wire harness and mount the four screws. Reinstall both under column ducts and the left knee blocker, then attach the cable to the hood release and decklid release switch wiring. After, install the two screws onto the instrument panel and the left door end cap. Restore the negative cable once more, this time from the battery's remote terminal to the remote battery post.
