Start by isolating and taking off the negative
Battery Cable to fix or repair the fuel filler neck in an AWD vehicle. Then, get rid of the fuel cap and the inner splash shield. Before everything else, disconnect the quick connect fitting on the canister filter line and on the recirculation line. Release the hold on the fuel filler tube by loosening the hose clamp and remove it from the fuel tank. After that, take out the filler tube mounting bracket bolt from the bracket and the body mount. Also, disconnect the fuel filler tube from its housing on the fuel door.
