Place the strut assembly into the strut tower and make sure the three studs are lined up with the holes; then use the three mounting nuts and tighten them to 55 Nm (41 ft. lbs.). Lock the strut clevis bolts securely during the whole procedure. Stand the other end of the strut assembly alongside the top of the knuckle with holes lined up and install both bolts and nuts, tightening the nuts to 140 Nm (103 ft. lbs.) while holding the bolts in place.
