  Attach the windshield washer reservoir on the left of the cooling module and push the bottom supports into the cooling module. Fit and tighten the two screws along the back of the cooling module that link the washer reservoir's inboard and outboard mounting brackets. Firmly tighten all the screws. After that, connect every Front End Module wire harness takeout and washer supply hose to the routing holes of the washer reservoir. Join the FEM wire harness connector to the front and rear hoses of the reversible washer pump/motor unit; after that, attach the FEM wire harness connector to the reservoir's washer fluid level switch connector. Attach the FEM wire harness connector and the headlamp washer supply hose back to the headlamp washer pump/motor unit when necessary. Snap the molded plastic lock onto the quick connect fitting that connects to the washer supply line, then join the assembly to the outlet on the headlamp washer pump/motor unit by pushing it on until it clicks. Replace the housing for your air filter if you removed it at any point. Fill the washer reservoir with washer fluid and after that, attach the battery negative cable.
