How to Maintain and Fix a Horn Alarm on Dodge Neon?

Before servicing the alarm horn, first remove the connection and isolate the battery negative cable. Then, take out the left rear wheel well splash shield and the air blocker to get to the siren. After pulling the siren's electrical connector off, unscrew the siren-supporting screws and lift the siren from the vehicle. Install the siren in the right position and put in the retaining screws, before attaching the electrical connector again. Replace the air blocker where it belonged and the splash shield on the left rear wheel well and attach the negative battery cable.
