If you just replace the rear door hinges one at a time, you won't have to open the door, as long as the epoxy-coated washers are left in place. Open the front door and use a grease pencil to note down the place of the upper hinge on both the door and the b-pillar. Unscrew the nut and bolt on the hinge that's attached to the door and then pull out the three bolts securing the hinge to the b-pillar. For the lower hinge, draw an X at your mark between the door and b-pillar, remove the lower b-pillar panel, take out the door nut and bolt, then remove the two b-pillar bolts. Now, remove the fastener between the hinge and b-pillar from inside the car. That allows you to take the hinge out. Should washing the hinge cause the removal of upper washer, put them back in before installing the nut and bolt to 28 N.m (21 ft.lbs.) and then tighten the upper hinge bolts to the same setting. Update the door configuration when needed. For the lower hinge, fit it and the b-pillar bolts, then tighten them to 28 N.m (21 ft.lbs.). If the hinge washers were removed, replace them before adjusting the door, tightening all to specification.
