Before attaching the radiator, make certain it has one dowel on the outlet tank's bottom and one bracket on the inlet tank's front side and both pieces use rubber gaskets. Put the fan shroud over the
Fan Blades so that it faces the engine, then install the rubber insulators on the bottom radiator mounting features. Continue by placing the radiator in position and making sure the dowel guide goes into the post and seat the lower support bracket on the lower radiator tube. Insert the upper radiator mounting bolts and tighten them to a pressure of 10 Nm (90 in. lbs.). Attach the lower radiator hose, applying the clamp and then secure the
Power Steering Hoses to the cooler and put in the clamps as well. Bring the transmission oil cooler lines to the cooler and put on the secondary latches afterward. Insert the fan shroud into the mounting clips on the radiator tanks and attach with bolts until tightened to 8 Nm (75 in. lbs.). Clamp the power steering hoses onto the shroud clip below the fan, add the windshield washer tank and link the hose and electrical connector together. Attach the coolant reserve/overflow container hose to the radiator filler neck, seal it with clamps and connect the coolant reserve/overflow container or degas container to the fan shroud. Then, tighten the bolts to 8 Nm (75 in. lbs.). Attach the upper radiator hose and add the clamp, next install the negative cable on the battery. Fuel your truck's cooling system, run the engine up to its normal temperature and make sure the fluid is at the correct level.
