Begin by removing the front
Bumper from models 901.0/3/4, 902.0/3/4, 903.0/3/4 and 904.0/3/4 and the front
Grille for models 901.6, 902.6, 903.6 and 904.6 up to model year 2003 and for models 901.6, 902.6, 903.6 and 904 After that, uninstall the left headlamp for models 901.6, 902.6, 903.6 and 904.6. Take off the coolant hoses, remove the electrical connector from the circulation pump and disconnect the coolant hoses from the pump's connecting pipes while placing any coolant that escapes in a clean vessel. Then, remove the nuts, get out the previous circulation pump and reinstall the new pump back into the heater unit bracket, but from the other way round. For safety, keep the vehicle from moving, dress properly so your clothes won't come off and stay away from hot or rotating equipment. After installation, turn on the engine and let the cooling and heating system bleed, letting the engine idle at alternating speeds for just one minute. After you power off, test the coolant's level, fill it if not full, glance at the hoses on the circulation pump for leaks and sort out any problems with the auxiliary heater.
