To uninstall and install the brake shoes of a DRW vehicle, raise and support the vehicle and remove the rear wheels. Next, remove the wheel flange ring and the disc brake rotor, followed by the hub/bearing assembly. After that, take off the three retracting springs. Next, use a pair of needle nose pliers to depress and twist the hold down spring for removal. To remove the rear park brake shoes, pull them apart at the bottom together with the top spring. Finally, remove the adjuster.
