How is the Sunroof Glass Panel Installed on Jeep Commander?

Lift the sunroof panel so that the retainers on its edges are resting inside the channel guides and then release it to set it in place. Place the screws (3) and test the sunroof by forwarding 12v to the sunroof to close it. Make sure the sunroof glass is straight with the roof line and tighten screws (3) by hand until you reach 3.5 Nm (30 in. lbs.). Then slide the mechanism covers (2) over the tabs on the glass (1) and sit them all the way down. Make sure that the sunroof moves and operates smoothly.
