How to Safely Remove and Replace a Fog Light Bulb on Jeep Grand Cherokee?

Begin the fog/driving lamp bulb service by first separating the battery power cable from its negative side. Lift and hold the vehicle up. Securing slots holding the front wheelhouse splash shield to the front fascia with plastic push-ins, remove the shield from the front to get to the back of the front fog lamp housing. Take the fog lamp wire out of the fog lamp by removing the connector (1). Turn the socket on the back of the housing to the left for 30 degrees until it unlocks, then straighten it and pull both the socket and bulb through the housing. After that, take hold of the base and remove it from the outlet.
