To take out the instrument cluster, disable the SRS and unplug the negative battery cable for two minutes to prevent the system from discharging while air bags are present. Lift the top of the instrument panel to take it off first. After that, remove the four screws holding the instrument cluster to the structure of the instrument panel. Following that, gently pull the top of the instrument cluster to remove and disconnect the harness connectors from the rear portion of the cluster. After that, take out the instrument cluster from the instrument panel.
