How to Remove a Front Bumper on Jeep Wrangler?

First, you should pull out the two push pin fasteners and then unhook the splash shield to detach the front bumper. After that, unhook the three push pin fasteners to get the splash shield free from the car. The next step is to unplug all the electrical cables from the system. The last step is to take out the outer support bolts and inner support bolts and the front bumper will become detached.

First, attach the bumper and place the inner and outer bolts. Then, secure them with a torque of 90 Nm (66.5 ft. lbs.). After that, link the electric connectors together (1). Place the splash shield in next and hold it in place with the push pin fastener (3). Next, set the splash shield onto the bumper and secure it with the push pin fasteners.
