  To turn service the exterior handle to the front, remove the trim panel, speaker and watershield. Pull out the pull cup bracket and unsnap the latch release link. For the driver side, also disconnect the lock actuator connection. Remove the exterior handle and install your new one and reassemble the door pieces.

  In order to fix the hinge of the front door, take the door down and draw marks where the hinges are. Disconnect hinge bracket and hinge to the A-pillar and door respectively.
