How to Locate, Remove, and Install a Blower Motor Resistor on 2000 Chrysler Cirrus?

The blower motor resistor is located on the lower right hand side of the heater housing. To remove it, remove the bottom right underpanel silencer/duct, disconnect the wiring connectors and unscrew the holding screws. Pull the resistor out, and for installation do the opposite of these steps.
