How to Service and Repair a Wiper Switch for Negative Battery Cable Remote Terminal on 2000 Chrysler LHS?

There is a multi-function switch, which is removed, but then the negative battery cable should be disconnected, the tilt lever and steering column shrouds are removed. To install it, reverse the sequence and set the screws on the switch to 17 in.lbs. (2 N.m) torque.
