After that, take out the nut that holds the refrigerant line plate to the expansion valve and then remove the stud from the expansion valve as well as the suction line installed on the expansion valve. Take out the nut that holds the suction line to the compressor, the bracket and after that the suction line. When installing, perform the procedures in reverse, attaching the stud to the evaporator sealing plate and tightening to 7 to 11 Nm (64 to 96 in. lbs.).
