How to Replace the A/C Switch and Radio Bezel on 2000 Dodge Grand Caravan?

To remove the radio bezel and HVAC control, first open the convenience bin - cup holder and insert the proper stick (special tool # C-4755) between the access cover and the radio bezel to lift the access cover off the instrument panel. Then, take out the convenience bin - cup holder track. Unscrew the bezel from the instrument panel at the bottom and top, then remove the bezel unit. If you have a rear blower switch, separate the connector from its back by the switch and also by the HVAC control before removing the bezel. Mount the radio bezel, then attach the wire connector to the rear of the HVAC control. If there's a rear blower switch, fasten the wire connector to the rear of that switch too. Download the radio bezel onto the instrument panel and screw it into place at both the top and bottom. In the end, replace the access cover.
