How to Service Throttle Body Components and Install a New Idle Control Valve on 2000 Dodge Grand Caravan?

When servicing throttle body parts, new O-rings and seals should be used, without lubricants. Disconnect the negative cable from the battery and take off the idle air control motor. Be sure to put a new O-ring on the new motor. Install it, tighten screws to 2 Nm and reconnect electrical connector and battery cable.
