Unscrew the three screws connecting the blower motor and wheel to the heater-A/C housing, lower the assembly and remove the cover. Order is important: remove the clip retainer, then take the wheel off the blower motor shaft. When just the blower motor wheel is being put on, join the hub and the shaft so that the flat on the shaft lines up with the flat in the hub, insert the retainer clip over the hub, ensuring that its ears fit into the hub's and shaft's flats. Put the blower motor seal into place on the motor housing, then insert the blower motor and wheel assembly with the cover back into the heater-A/C housing using three mounting screws, tightened to 2.2 Nm (20 in. lbs.).
