How to Service a Fuel Pressure Regulator on a Fuel Pump Module on 2000 Dodge Ram 2500?

The fuel pressure regulator is a serviceable component that is mounted on top of fuel pump module. Discharge fuel pressure, empty the tank, and take it out. Bend and tear off the filter/regulator out of its grommet and cut out the old clamp replacing it with a new one. Install the tank again and look at leaks.
