To fix the expansion valve, remove the battery, restore the refrigerant and get rid of the suction line jumper. Loosen the screws and unconnect the expansion valve and coil of evaporator. Replacement by fastening the expansion valve and suction line jumper and reconnect the battery and refill the refrigerant system.
