How to service and repair the Exhaust Valve and Intake Valve on 2000 Dodge Ram 2500 Van?

To service the exhaust and intake valves remove the cylinder head and use a valve spring compressor to remove the valve springs and seals. Clean the valve stem grooves, lubricate the stems and reinstall the valves. Make sure of proper spring height, if long replace the cylinder head. Install new seals and re-compress the springs.
