How to Service the A/C Switch Equipped with Airbags on 2001 Chrysler Concorde?

To service the control assembly, disable the air bag system by disconnecting the battery negative cable and waiting two minutes. Remove the ash receiver assembly, disconnect electrical connectors, and take out the a/c heater control head. Reinstall in reverse order and perform HVAC system calibration for the BCM.
