How to Service the A/C Switch Control Assembly on Chrysler Concorde?

Before you work on the control assembly, open the hood and remove the negative battery cable from the remote terminal. If it's required, remove the assembly for the ash receiver. After that, remove the center trim bezel from the instrument panel and disconnect both of the electrical connectors from the backside of the control head and traction control switch if you have them. From behind the trim on the bezel, pull out all six screws that hold on the heater-a/c control head and then detach that head from the trim. For uninstalling, follow the procedures in the reverse way.
