How to Effectively Service and Repair an Alternator on 2001 Chrysler Concorde?

To repair the alternator, remove the negative battery cable, jack up the car and remove the splash shield and transmission cooler. Support the radiator, loosen bolts and remove the drive belt. Disconnect wiring, take out generator and install new one Reassemble the component and re-connect the battery considering torque.
