How to Service and Repair a Door Check on 2001 Chrysler LHS?

To service the check for the front door, raise the door glass, then remove the trim panel and watershield. Remove the bolts of the check strap and remove them from the check strap. For installation, reattach the check strap and secure it with bolts, reinstall the watershield and trim panel.
