How to Service and Repair a Door Lock Switch on 2001 Chrysler LHS?

In a bid to repair the door lock switch, you need to disconnect the negative battery cable and the door trim and water shield before disconnecting the wiring clip. Take off the switch and attach the new one, reconnect wiring, and reattach the trim and shield with the new one and get the battery cable reconnected.
