How to Service a Wiper Motor on 2001 Chrysler Sebring?

In order to service wiper motor, disconnect battery negative cable, take out wiper arms, blades and cowl screen. Take the motor assembly apart, disconnect the wire harness and remove it. To install, reconnect the harness, fix the assembly, tighten bolts to 10-12 Nm and reinstall parts. Reconnect the battery.
