How to Replace the Downstream 2/1 Oxygen Sensor on 2001 Chrysler Voyager?

Prior to working on the downstream 2/1 oxygen sensor, take off the negative cable from the battery and lift and support the vehicle. Remove the electronic connector and use a socket, either Snap-On YA8875 or a similar one, to get the sensor out. Clear the threads with an 18 mm X 1.5 + 6E tap and if the original sensor is used, spray Loctite 771-64 or its equivalent anti-seize compound onto the threads. The O2S is set up beside the catalytic converter and new oxygen sensors have a factory coating of anti-seize. As a result, do not apply further compound. Set the sensor in place, fasten it to 27 Nm (20 ft. lbs.), reattach the electrical connector, lower the car and restore the negative battery cable.
