How to Properly Install a Piston Ring Set on 2001 Chrysler Voyager?

In order to fit the piston ring, the cylinder bore should be cleaned, the ring inserted there, and pushed down with the piston. Test ring gap and side clearance. Install in that order, oil ring expander, upper/lower side rails, No. 2 and No. 1 piston rings, and make sure the gaps are in place to control oil.
