  A: To maintain the power door lock switch, you should disconnect and isolate the battery's negative cable before you do anything else. Remove the mirror flag trim bezel from the front door and then carefully take out the plastic nuts holding the power window and power lock switch to the front door glass face. After that, take out the power window and power lock switch and their mounting plate unit from the bezel. With a screwdriver, press gently at the bent tabs on the side of the power lock switch receptacle on the back of the switch mounting plate and take the switch out. Set the switch in line with the opening on the switch bracket and push it emphatically into place, letting it click securely once the grip hooks are engaged. Install the power window and lock unit onto the rear of the mirror flag bezel. Square it and insert and tighten screws using a torque wrench with a 2 Nm (or 20 in. lb.) setting. Afterward, restore the mirror flag trim bezel inside the front door and this time, replace the negative battery cable.
