How to service and repair the Door Lock Switch on 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 Van?

In order to fix the door lock switch, detach the battery negative cable and pull out the front door trim panel. Disconnect the switch pigtail, disconnect, and remove the switch out of the lock cylinder. To install it, it is necessary to reverse it, and all connections and panels should be firmly reattached.
