How to service and repair the windshield washer pump on 2001 Dodge Ram 2500 Van?

In order to fix the windshield washer pump, unplug the battery negative cable and the graph of headlamp and dash wire harness. Take out the washer fluid, and do away with the old grommet seal and set in a new. Re-attach the washer hose, harness, fill-up the reservoir, and re-attach the battery cable.
