How to service and repair the wheel cylinder on 2001 Dodge Ram 3500 Van?

To service the wheel cylinder, remove the wheel, tire and brake drum. Disconnect the brake line, remove return springs and disengage the shoes. Take off the cylinder and apply silicone sealer, then put the cylinder back with bolts that are tightened to 20 Nm. Reconnect brake line, reinstall components and bleed the brake system.
