How to Service and Repair a Valve Stem Seal on 2001 Dodge Stratus?

First step is to remove the valve spring when servicing and repairing the valve stem seal. After that, take out the valve stem seal with a valve seal tool. During installation, lead the valve stem's tip and press down the valve stem/valve spring seat so that the seal is properly seated on top of the valve guide. The last step is to fit the valve spring.
