How to Service and Repair a Valve Stem Seal on 2000 Dodge Stratus?

To fix the valve stem seal, remove the rocker arm shaft assemblies and set the piston to TDC. Install AIR pressure through the spark plug hole, then with Special Tool MD-998772A, compress the valve springs and drop the valve locks and change the valve seal. Reinstall components after that.
