How to Maintain the Lower Grille on 2002 Chrysler PT Cruiser?

To clean the lower grille, take off the front fascia and lay it on a work bench. Extract the nuts holding the grille, and pull it. Where necessary, remove and re-attach chrome strips. Place the grille on the fascia, attach it using nuts and reattach the front fascia.
