How to Replace a Blend Door Actuator on 2002 Chrysler Sebring?

Before changing the blend door actuator, remove the negative battery cable. After that, take out the passengerside hush panel and unplug the electrical cord. Take out the actuator retaining screws and pull the actuator down straight, so you know where to place it later. While installing, line up the shaft spline of the actuator to the cam on the inside of the housing. Install the actuator mount firmly and then join the wire harness connector with the actuator. Install the passengerside hush panel and connect the negative battery cable again.
