To repair the expansion valve, take off refrigerant, disconnect the battery, remove the air cleaner housing. Disconnect various fittings and take off the expansion valve. Fit new O-ring seals, reconnect fittings and tighten them. Reassemble parts, reconnect battery, evacuate, recharge refrigerant system.
