To repair the lower intake manifold, drain fuel pressure and the cooling system. Remove components, if necessary, and remove the lower intake manifold. Inspecting and cleaning, replacing gasket. Install the new gasket and tighten the bolts on the manifold and reconnect all components, including the fuel line and the upper intake manifold.
