How to Service a Heater Core on 2002 Dodge Grand Caravan?

To service the front heater core, turn the air bag system off by disconnecting the battery negative cable. Take off any components that may be required for access, and gently pull the heater core out of the air distribution housing. Reinstall the heater core, secure it in place and reconnect all components flushing the cooling system if replacing the core.
