How to Maintain and Fix a Fuel Filter on 2002 Dodge Ram 2500?

In order to service the fuel filter, drain water out of the separator, then replace components as needed. Remove the fuel filter cap, remove the O-ring and unlock the filter. Install new O-rings, apply clean diesel oil and tighten connections. Finally, start the engine and see if there are leaks.
